Produced from a strict plot-by-plot and intra-plot selection and a clay-limestone soil with marly sand and pebbles, Bois des Moines Blanc is a blend of 50% Roussanne, 33% Grenache Blanc, 9% Clairette and 8% Bourboulenc. It is distinguished by its delicate nose with toasted and floral notes of hawthorn and licorice. The powerful mouth combines roundness, structure and bite to make this Côtes-du-Rhône-Villages a racy white wine, expressing its terroir. It can be enjoyed now but can wait up to 5 years.
