Located in the Côtes de Bergerac appellation, the wine of Château Monestier La Tour is made from an organically grown vineyard and a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc grapes. It is a wine with an attractive deep colour and a nose of blackcurrant, blackberry and spices. The predominantly clay-limestone soil gives it elegance, freshness and balance. Structured and harmonious, it matches perfectly with Gascon cuisine.
