The organic Côtes-du-Rhône Villages, Bois des Moines, Château de Gigognan

This organic Côtes-du-Rhône is produced from old vines located on a superb terroir of rolled pebbles in a pine forest facing south. Made from a selection of plots, this intense red wine
reveals a subtle and greedy nose of black fruits: blueberries and blackcurrants. We find liquorice associated with spicy notes. On the palate, the tannins are supple and silky. This racy wine is a real treat.
