The cellar of Château Monestier La Tour

Historically, the barrel cellar was located in the outbuildings of the house, which meant tiring transfers for the wine. Now, it is located in the immediate vicinity of the vats, in the old vat house which has been completely renovated. It allows the Côtes de Bergerac to mature in a serene, air-conditioned environment.
