All stages of the wine-making process are carried out in constant consultation and with respect for the highest level of quality. Without denying tradition, the estate has gradually adapted to the latest technical advances in oenology and has added the work of an expert team. The result of technical, environmental and aesthetic reflection, the new winery has been equipped with the best equipment. The 1500 m2 building is equipped with a vinification vat room and a cellar dedicated to maturing. This building has been in operation since the harvest of the 2019 vintage.
