In 2011, Patrice du Jeu, a restaurant owner in Paris and a lover of wine and Burgundy, joined forces with his uncle and acquired the wine estate. Strengthened by his family and farming heritage, he undertook to uproot, replant, clean up, equip himself, and finally surround himself with passionate expertise. For Patrice, becoming a winemaker is an honor. “You can’t make good wine without good grapes. To have good grapes, you have to give a lot to the vine. It knows how to give it back to us. I like wine from all regions, if it is well made, with love and passion. Good wine is the one you love.”
