The vineyard is planted in 5500 feet hectares and led in double guyot. The soils are ploughed and weed killers are forbidden. No chemical fertilizers are used, but cereal seeds are used to enrich and structure the soil. The whole vineyard represents about thirty hectares of vines in the Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux appellation. In organic conversion since 2020, the work of the vineyard is as respectful as possible of the environment.
