The organic agriculture at Château Gigognan

The whole vineyard has been managed in organic agriculture for many years. The estate is progressively integrating biodynamic agriculture to give the best to the vines and the land. Rigorous and precise work is carried out daily in the vineyard, as in the case of the inter-rows, which are sown with cereals in order to provide them with plant cover, one of the particularities of the estate.
